1. Do you charge a delivery fee? What is the order minimum?

No, we do not charge a delivery fee. The order minimum is $35.00 + gst for commercial addresses. For residential based catering businesses, order minimum is $80.00 +gst.


2. What is the order cut off time?

Our main cut off is 4pm for next day delivery on weekdays. On Sundays and Public Holidays, the cut off is 3pm for delivery on the next working days.

Note some products do have earlier cut off times. Main products with early cut off are Gourmet Desserts that have 1pm cut off on weekdays. Sandwiches and Wraps have a 2pm cut off.


3. Which areas to do you deliver to? What time can we expected delivery?

All products are available across the wider Sydney metropolitan area. Most areas are serviced daily. Please contact us for specific details related to your location.

Outside Sydney we are limited to supplying products that do not require refrigeration and can travel safely with overnight courier. Please contact us for further details.


4. What days do you deliver?

Our delivery days are Monday to Friday.


5. Do you supply the general public?

6. My online order shows status of submitted. What does this mean?

When you confirm and send your Online order it will be status of “Submitted”. We will then download to our accounting system and change status to “Invoiced”. Your order will then be processed and delivered to you.


7. How can I pay for my order?

Payment is accepted by the following methods -

  • Cash or Cheque on delivery.
  • Credit Card payments in advance of delivery. Surcharge of 1.5% applies for payment by Visa or Mastercard. Please contact our office to organise for payment via credit card.
  • 7 Day account to approved customers. Click Here to download credit application. Accounts can be settled via weekly charge to your nominated Credit Card or Bank Account or EFT Transfer to our account.
